Graham Brown is a litigation lawyer at Toronto firm WeirFoulds LLP. Graham’s practice is well versed in the legal aspects of the construction industry. He often deals with contract disputes, procurement issues, lien claims, breach of trust claims, delay claims and general commercial litigation matters. He also has experience assisting clients with strategy development, tendering, contracts and Competition Act compliance. Graham has represented construction clients at all levels of court in Ontario as well as in mediation and arbitration. He has taught construction law at George Brown College since 2014 and regularly guest lectures at construction industry events.
