Jacob Porpossian has a background in creative strategy and production as well as digital marketing and communications. His career first started in the entertainment industry when, at the age of 17, he created a segment for OMNI Television. He produced and hosted that segment for four years before receiving a scholarship to complete his undergraduate studies in Edinburgh, Scotland. Later, he joined FleishmanHillard (Toronto) where he built a successful Creative Services department. Jacob is currently creative director at FleishmanHillard (New York) as well as one of the agency's Global Creative and Social Innovation leads. He plays an important role in shaping the future of creative and content for the agency worldwide. In addition to numerous public relations awards and two Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity awards, he appeared in Marketing magazine’s 2014 list of “30 Under 30.” For three years, he also served on the Board of Management for The 519, a large community centre in Toronto.
