Jodine Mitchell has been working in tactical human resources (HR) management since 2005. Her expertise is in designing, implementing, and monitoring a variety of HR programs that span everything from talent management, acquisitions, and onboarding to rewards/recognition and employee engagement. Using her background in events management, Jodine has navigated her global company through the COVID-19 pandemic by focusing on virtual connectivity and collaboration to ensure team cohesion. Jodine holds a Master of Human Resource Management degree from York University, where she examined artificial intelligence and its impacts on the HR industry.
