Matthew J. Smith has made a career in the design – from discovery through to delivery – of digital products and experiences. Matthew has done consulting work in strategy and design across many industries and verticals, from the public sector to financial services. His experience in both B2B and B2C means he has been involved with everything from the factory-floor software used to improve the manufacture of products to the e-commerce websites used to sell them. Matthew is currently employed in user experience strategy and design at PwC.
