Robin Parnell




Robin Parnell retired in 2009 after more than forty years in the field of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC). He has extensive experience designing, installing, inspecting and servicing residential HVAC systems as well as producing high-quality reports on problematic installations. Robin has been teaching building inspection staff and home inspection personnel about residential heating systems for over 20 years. Robin is a member of the Ontario Building Officials Association and holds the title of Certified Building Code Official (CBCO). He is also a member of The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada and is a five-time nominee for the Michael Ludolph Memorial Award, which is given annually at the national conference of the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors.
