Tania Perlin is a lawyer practicing in the areas of real estate, wills/estates, contracts and business law. She is also a certified mediator and an advocate for justice and mental health. With the goal of minimizing stress and reducing financial strain on the litigants and justice system, Tania has endeavoured for more than 25 years to help parties negotiate settlements. She has successfully mediated numerous cases in all areas of law. Tania is also an avid freelance writer and a part-time professor. She has taught a variety of courses – including Business Law, Debtor/Creditor Law, Negotiations and Legal Entities – and is the recipient of the 2003 Instructor of the Year Award from Ryerson University.
