Our Basic Incident Management System 200 course – offered in co-operation with Emergency Management Ontario (EMO) – helps you build on your previous incident management system (IMS) knowledge. Expand on your understanding of the core IMS principles and concepts while learning to command a simple incident. Examine incident facilities, resource management and systems of interoperability.

Pass the course to receive a certificate from EMO.


You must have completed the IMS 100 Introduction to Incident Management System course available for free at the Government of Ontario's Emergency Management Training Portal.
