Our Beer 2 course considers the origins, history, attributes, quality and popularity of selected international beers. Study the important styles in order to develop a greater understanding of their characteristics as well as the similarities and differences between them. Structured tastings help you focus on sensory evaluation of both international and local beer while also allowing you to further your beer knowledge and tasting skills.
