Our Beyond Basic Cardiac Life Support course reviews cardiac and respiratory anatomy and physiology as well as the causes of respiratory/cardiac arrest and ways to possibly prevent it. Learn how to enhance your rapid assessment, critical thinking and leadership skills. Focus on preparing for and responding to rapidly deteriorating, complex conditions, including pre-arrest, respiratory/cardiac arrest events and post-resuscitation care.
Once you have passed this course, you will receive a record of completion.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our NURS 9064 Cardiology Nursing 1 course and our NURS 9207 Respiratory Distress Care course and our NURS 1056 Health Assessment course or our NURS 1079 Health Assessment (Online) course
