Our Breakfast Breads course teaches you the skills you need to work with a variety of different ingredients and create yeasted and laminated doughs used to make classic viennoiseries, including Chelsea buns, croissants, pain au chocolat, Danish pastries, coffee cakes and bagels.

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
