Our Business Intelligence Fundamentals course prepares aspiring data professionals with a basic knowledge of business intelligence (BI) and its importance within an organization. This BI course helps you prepare for more detailed concepts (including the types of data analytics: descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive) and utilization of the various BI tools (including dashboards and scorecards). Learn about the key components of a successful and effective BI solution program and about the benefits of a properly established and mature deployment of a BI platform. Also explore viable choices for a career in BI.


Course Delivery Method:

This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn/Collaborate while college buildings are closed.
