Online Option

Our Business Law course provides an introduction to a number of topics, including the Canadian legal system; tort law and professional liability; the principles of contract law; the law governing commercial contracts, real property and intellectual property; debtor–creditor relationships; and forms of business organization (sole proprietorship, partnership and incorporation).
