Our Café Production course teaches you how to create exciting meals based on current culinary trends in an industry-designed, large-quantity prep kitchen. Learn to operate the tools and equipment needed to create and package food in a production environment. Working as part of a culinary team and using multiple kitchen stations, rotate responsibilities and learn how to effectively communicate and perform in a well-maintained kitchen.

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
