Our Cake Decorating 1 course provides the foundation for the art of cake decorating. Learn the basics of piping and masking through the use of various icings, including buttercream and royal icing. Through step-by-step instruction and practice, develop the skills you need to pipe decorative borders and flowers as well as to fill, cover and decorate cakes for any special occasion.
