Our Chocolate Desserts course helps you develop an advanced appreciation for chocolate by teaching you how to blend ingredients and techniques from different culinary traditions in order to create daring dishes with complex flavours and visual appeal.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9255 Introduction to Chocolate course or our HOSF 9480 Introduction to Chocolate (Distance Learning) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
