Cider styles can run the full gamut – from classic English and French styles to local Ontario craft iterations. The increasing popularity of cider is a reflection of both the many dynamic and lively styles available and its balance and complexity. Our Cider course teaches you about the incredible diversity of this unique beverage. Learn about the cider-making process and tasting techniques as you explore the differences between cider styles from across the globe, including France, England and Canada.
