Communication Skills for Paralegals LAW 9095

Our Communication Skills for Paralegals course provides you with the guidelines and tools you need to be able to prepare legal documents and correspondence using plain language. Practice drafting routine legal documents and correspondence that are clear, concise and organized, and learn how to edit standard precedents.

This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn/Collaborate while college buildings are closed.

Prerequisites

You must have excellent computer skills and you must have completed our COMM 1008 College English course or our COMM 1138 College English (Distance Learning) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
