Condominium Administration and Human Relations ACMO 9003

Our Condominium Administration and Human Relations course helps you gain the information, knowledge and skills you need for effective condominium management. Build on the knowledge you gained in our Condominium Law course by learning how to apply the Condominium Act (and other legislation) to day-to-day operations. Focus on the practical aspects of condo management and communication as you learn about policies and procedures, contracting, staff management, insurance, financial reporting, communication strategies, public relations, and time and paper management as well as how to prepare for and manage board meetings and general meetings.

This is one of four condominium management courses that prepares you to write the Registered Condominium Manager (RCM) exam administered by the Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO). Course Essentials:

You must purchase an ACMO textbook. ACMO textbooks can be purchased at the George Brown College bookstore. You must register at least two weeks before the first class to make sure you have the textbook in time for the first class. Timely delivery of textbooks cannot be guaranteed if you register any closer to the start date.

You will have the most success in this course if you have already completed our ACMO 9001 Condominium Law course before you start this course.
