Our Consumer Behaviour course introduces you to the emerging field of consumer behaviour as it applies to marketing. Consider the internal and external influences acting within or upon the consumer in relation to product consumption. Then learn how marketers attempt to influence consumer behaviour. Apply what you have learned through a practical consumer behaviour audit.

You must have completed our MARK 9073 Marketing Strategy course or our MARK 9076 Marketing Strategy (Distance Learning) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
