Our Cookies 2 course teaches you to bake elegant, delicious cookies as you expand your repertoire of cookie-making skills. Create a variety of styles, including wafer, icebox, drop, rolled and piped cookies. Practice your decorating skills as you learn different ways to embellish your creations.

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOSF 9281 Cookies 1 course or our HOSF 9471 Cookies 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
