Dumplings HOSF 9427

Dumplings – from Ukrainian pierogies to Indian samosas – highlight global flavours in small, delicious packages. While dumpling types vary by culture, they universally require practice to assemble and prepare. Our Dumplings course allows you to build your culinary skills while learning to make distinctive international dumplings.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Distance Learning) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
