Our Eastern European Cooking course is perfect for you. Dive into the dynamic flavours of Eastern Europe as you learn how to create a variety of dishes, including Ukrainian chicken Kiev, Georgian khachapuri as well as borscht, cabbage rolls, plov, latkes, kasha, whole stuffed fish and more.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Distance Learning) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
