Our Electrical Construction and Maintenance 2 course explores two main types of electrical circuits: DC (direct current) and AC (alternating current). The DC section covers problem solving associated with magnetic energy, generators and motors. The AC section covers AC generation, series and parallel circuits, power factor correction and single-phase/three-phase transformers and motors.
Course Delivery Method:
This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn/Collaborate while college buildings are closed.
You must have completed our ELCL 9005 Electrical Construction and Maintenance 1 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
