Food styling is the skill of presenting food for both traditional and new media and is indispensable in the modern food workplace. Our Food Styling course provides you with critical knowledge of the industry, workflow and fundamental techniques.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course or our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
