Our Game Development 3 course aims to further enhance your knowledge of Unity and Visual Studio game development. This advanced programming course teaches you how to create 2D games, target mobile platforms (including iOS and Android devices) and integrate with Game Center and social networks (Facebook, Twitter). Learn how to monetize games with in-app purchases, publish games in the Apple AppStore and Google Play, and apply basic game marketing techniques.

Course Delivery Method:

This is an online course delivered via Blackboard Learn with continuous intake registration. That means this course does not have traditional start/end dates. You can register at any time throughout the year (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), and you will have 120 calendar days from the day you receive the online access/course materials to complete the course. Make sure to register in the section (CRN) with the Date(s) range that includes the date on which you plan to start the course (keeping in mind that you will receive your online access/course materials approximately a week after you register).

You must have Unity and Microsoft Visual Studio (which can be downloaded for free from the Internet).

Prerequisites

You must have completed our COMP 9659 Game Development 2 course or our COMP 9644 Game Development 2 (Distance Learning) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
