Our Global Hotel Industry course examines the lodging and accommodation industry in terms of internal organizational structures, departmental needs and the responsibilities of various positions. Consider the industry's trends, challenges and opportunities – especially those related to ownership and service delivery – while focusing on issues surrounding environmentally friendly operations.
