Purchasing is a vital component of a manager's ability to control the bottom line. Managers can oversee and control their department's buying habits in a way that reduces waste and achieves their goals. Our Hospitality Purchasing course takes you through the control process so that you are better able to set standards, monitor and take action when necessary.

This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn/Collaborate while college buildings are closed.
