Our Human Resources for Hospitality course examines the strategic role of the human resources department in daily operations. Explore effective human resources practices such as workforce planning, recruitment, selection, training, performance management, development and retention. Learn about employment and human rights legislation, workplace ethics and health and safety. Gain an understanding of human resource management practices in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces.
