Our Inclusive Organizational Change course incorporates the lessons learned in the prerequisite course while focusing on inclusivity as a foundation of organizational change. Consider organizational change models, and learn how to build an inclusion strategy based on business objectives. Study research and surveying techniques that can be used with the demographic data gathered for your organization.
You must have completed our BUS 9194 Human Rights in the Workplace (Online) course. If you have not met the prerequisite requirement by the first class, you will be withdrawn from the course.
