Our Indian Cooking 1 course teaches you to prepare a variety of regional dishes from one of the world’s great culinary cultures. Acquire the skills you need to balance a variety of flavours and spices and work with many distinctive ingredients in Indian recipes. Learn traditional Indian techniques such as those used to make curries, breads, meats and desserts.

You must have completed our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
