Our Introduction to Interprofessional Education and Care course explores interprofessional collaborative education and practice. Examine the role of the nurse in relation to that of other health care professionals (strengths and limitations), and consider the unique contributions made by other health care professionals to patient- and family-centred care. This nursing course pays special attention to the values, ethics, communication, collaboration and conflict that exist within the interprofessional team when providing care and focuses on immersing you in collaborative learning.
