Introduction to Technology Delivery TMGT 9002

Online Option

Our Introduction to Technology Delivery course teaches you about the methodologies, life cycles and roles that are essential in the support of IT delivery initiatives. Study each of the core IT delivery disciplines – such as product ownership, project management, business analysis and change management – through integrated, experiential and case-based learning scenarios. Learn the processes and techniques you need to be able to conceptualize a technology solution, define the project scope, model/document the requirements (scope and specifications) and communicate and manage the impacts of organizational change.


Course Delivery Method:

This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn while college buildings are closed.


You will have the most success in this course if you already have a minimum of two years of related work experience in an IT-related field before you start this course.
