Our IT Operations Management Transformation course examines the management of IT operational functions in relation to infrastructure, application systems, and cyber and information security. Learn IT service management approaches and processes for delivering the best customer experience in both agile and hybrid operating environments. Study the industry best practices (ITIL 4) and emerging DevOps methodology that aims to accelerate the implementation of new IT services as well as the knowledge you need to prepare for the ITIL 4 Foundation certification. Finally, learn how IT operations and services can be evolved to support a company’s digital transformation journey while you consider the challenges of transitioning new services to operations and discuss the measures that ensure service quality.

Recommendations

You will have the most success in this course if you already have a basic knowledge of the role/functions of an IT department within an enterprise and a minimum of two years of IT-related work experience before you start this course, but technical IT experience is not required.
