Our IT Product Development and Delivery course teaches you how to bring such emerging technologies as big data, cloud platform, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to the process of developing innovative IT enabled products and services in the digital age. Learn how to manage the planning, development, and implementation of IT products and services using agile and hybrid project management approaches. Learn how to build a business case, collect / anal business requirements, and execute a project delivery plan through use cases.
Passing this course earns you a record of achievement and 20 Project Management Institute (PMI) contact hours or professional development units (PDU).
Recommendations
You will have the most success in this course if you already have a basic knowledge of the role/functions of an IT department within an enterprise and a minimum of two years of IT-related work experience before you start this course, but technical IT experience is not required.
