Our IT Project Management Foundations course covers the essential knowledge and skills you need to implement and control information and communications technology (ICT) projects. This project management course is suitable for a range of professionals: IT professionals who want a career as a project manager; project managers who want to take on larger or more complex projects; and business managers/executives who want to understand how project managers create IT systems that deliver business goals and objectives. Learn the differences between traditional and agile project management methodologies, and study their pros, cons and applications. Learn fundamental project management competencies through a practical, hands-on approach that uses case studies and class exercises.

Course Delivery Method:
This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn/Collaborate while college buildings are closed.
You will have the most success in this course if you already have experience with IT projects before you start this course.
