Online Option

Our Legal Accounting course introduces the basic terminology and general principles of legal accounting as well as the differences between a general account and a trust account. Learn about financial management as it is covered in the Paralegal Rules of Conduct. Learn to prepare accounting journals and ledgers, adjust entries and prepare a trial balance using PCLaw software.

This is normally an in-class course but will be offered temporarily online via Blackboard Learn/Collaborate while college buildings are closed.

Prerequisites

You must have excellent computer skills and you must have completed all Term 2 Module courses in our Paralegal Program. (Approved equivalents are also acceptable.)
