Our Macarons workshop course teaches you to make Parisian macarons with classic and contemporary fillings. Learn to make perfectly round, smooth macarons with delicious fillings that include flavoured buttercreams and ganaches. Course Essentials:

You must have closed-toe (preferably non-slip, steel toe, flat, black leather) shoes. If you have them, we recommend you bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes and tools to the class.
