Learn how to create and implement communications management plans, identify your audience and provide the right information to various stakeholders at the right time. and get tips and tricks to effectively communicate with an audience using different channels/media. This communications management course explores communications management best practices for both traditional projects and agile projects and builds on the best practices for integration management as described in the PMBOK Guide.
