Our Project Communications Management course – offered in partnership with Three O Project Solutions Inc. – explores a key responsibility of the project manager, which is to communicate and manage stakeholders’ expectations throughout the life cycle of the project. Effective communication is needed to ensure continued stakeholder support and to ensure that stakeholder needs are met. Learn how to create and implement communications management plans, identify your audience and provide the right information to various stakeholders at the right time. and get tips and tricks to effectively communicate with an audience using different channels/media. This communications management course explores communications management best practices for both traditional projects and agile projects and builds on the best practices for integration management as described in the PMBOK Guide.
This course has been accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Three O Project Solutions awards you a record of achievement and 20 PMI professional development units (PDU) if you pass this course.
