Our Project Risk Management course – offered in partnership with Three O Project Solutions Inc. – was developed because project risks can arise from multiple sources (including human resources and technology) and project managers need to "protect" their projects from disruptions. Learn the best mitigation strategies as well as how to create and implement a risk management plan, how to identify risks and how to keep the project plan current. This risk management course explores risk management best practices for both traditional projects and agile projects and builds on the best practices for integration management as described in the PMBOK Guide.
This course has been accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Three O Project Solutions awards you a record of achievement and 22 PMI professional development units (PDU) if you pass this course.
