Our Project Scope and Requirements Management course – offered in partnership with Three O Project Solutions Inc. – recognizes that project managers need to clearly define requirements for their projects, build the products and services that meet those requirements and clearly demonstrate to stakeholders and senior management that they have been met. Learn how to create and implement a requirements management plan, identify the contributors to requirements, prioritize requirements and tailor plans to suit the system development cycle chosen for the project. This requirements management course explores requirements management best practices for both traditional projects and agile projects and builds on the best practices for integration management as described in the PMBOK Guide.
This course has been accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Three O Project Solutions awards you a record of achievement and 22 PMI professional development units (PDU) if you pass this course.
