Our Public Relations in Public Service course considers the role of public relations (PR) in the public service sector. Study the theories, concepts and principles used in PR, and explore what makes for successful advanced communication. Learn to apply conflict resolution skills to case-based scenarios, and practice PR skills and advanced communication in simulated events.
