Our Sales and Business Development course provides you with essential professional selling and relationship management skills for the modern-day sales world. This sales course teaches practical skills that apply to any industry – from prioritizing sales across the funnel and improving success by working with cross-functional departments to building long-standing client relationships and understanding today's customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Start by exploring the foundation of sales techniques, including prospecting, probing, identifying clients’ needs and dealing with objections. Then practice putting that into practice by learning how to develop a sales presentation structure and deliver compelling messages.
