Our Sandwiches course recognizes that sandwiches (a mainstay in kitchens around the world) can be anything from classic deli creations to extraordinary regional specialties. Learn how to craft complete sandwiches in a way that takes them from good to great – from making the fillings and condiments to baking the breads/buns. Explore a variety of sandwiches, including porchetta sandwiches, falafels, bánh mì sandwiches, cemitas, burgers, and more.
