Our Savoury Baking course teaches you to combine baking and culinary skills to produce delicious baked goods using savoury ingredients. Learn a variety of baking styles, and practice preparing a selection of products, including phyllo pastry, puff pastry, Cornish pasties, and soufflés.

Prerequisites
You must have completed our HOSF 9134 Baking Arts course or our HOSF 9461 Baking Arts (Online) course or our HOSF 9088 Culinary Arts 1 course or our HOSF 9473 Culinary Arts 1 (Online) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
