Our String Works course helps you develop advanced piping skills through the practice of delicate and elaborate string work techniques. Using royal icing, expand your decorating repertoire by learning to create impressive and gravity-defying Oriental string work and intricate extension work (also known as Australian string work).
You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.
You must have completed our HOSF 9057 Cake Decorating 2 course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
