Sugar Sculpting and Modelling HOSF 9408

Our Sugar Sculpting and Modelling course helps you master the use of modelling paste as you create 3D figures to complement any special occasion cake. Learn to construct lively, colourful characters and accent pieces as you practice sculpting and modelling techniques to complete your final design.

Course Essentials:

You must bring your full George Brown chef uniform, black safety shoes (non-slip and steel toe) and tools to the first class.

Prerequisites

You must have completed our HOSF 9135 Cake Decorating 1 course or our HOSF 9466 Cake Decorating 1 (Distance Learning) course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
