Our Tea Types 1: Green, White and Yellow Teas course provides an introduction to all aspects of green, white and yellow teas, focusing on their sensory evaluation. Review the production methods for these three styles of tea and learn to locate their major geographical and cultural areas of production. Review the general characteristics and style of each tea and apply the cupping techniques learned in our HOSF 9391 Tea Foundations course to sample teas from each style.
You must have completed our HOSF 9391 Tea Foundations course. (An approved equivalent is also acceptable.)
