Our Teaching Classical Yoga 2 course teaches you about the relationship between asanas and pranayamas (breathing exercises) and how to teach asanas to others. Learn about asanas, anatomical positions, joints and their actions, the respiratory system, breathing and the circulatory system.

Course Essentials:
You must wear comfortable clothing during class and have your own yoga mat throughout the course.
Grade Requirements:
You must achieve a grade of C- (60%) or better to pass this course.
Prerequisites
You must have completed our GNRL 9262 Teaching Classical Yoga 1 course and our GNRL 9263 Yoga Philosophy 1 course and you must be taking our GNRL 9265 Yoga Philosophy 2 course at the same time as this course.
