Our Tenancy Law in Ontario course is intended to introduce you to the residential tenancies law that governs the landlords and tenants of Ontario. Develop a firm understanding of the basic legal principles articulated in the legislation, and learn about the practices and procedures of the Landlord and Tenant Board. Explore in detail a range of areas, from filing and serving legal documents to advocacy skills.

You will have the most success in this course if you have already completed our IHM 9000 Property and Building Administration (Online) course before you start this course.
